Your Zarvyn CNC TV Cabinet is delivered as a completely pre-assembled product. This means no installation, fastening, or tool-based setup is needed at your end. To ensure a smooth and safe setup experience, please follow the guidelines below:

Unboxing & Handling
· Carefully cut open the outer packaging without inserting sharp objects too deep, as this may damage the product surface.
· Remove all protective layers, including foam, corner guards, and shrink wrap.
· Lift the Product from the base rather than dragging it, especially on tiled or wooden flooring, to avoid scratches.

Placement & Levelling
· Place the product on a flat, even surface to ensure proper balance and smooth door operation.
· If you notice any wobbling due to uneven flooring, adjust the product position slightly until stable.

Door Function Check
· Open and close the product door a few times to ensure the hinges operate smoothly after transit.
· In case of stiffness due to cold weather or transport movement, the hinge will typically self-adjust within a few days of regular use.

Protection After Setup
· Avoid placing extremely heavy objects on the top surface immediately after unboxing; allow the wood to acclimate to room temperature for 24 hours.
· Maintain at least a few inches of clearance from the wall for smooth airflow around the product.
· This product is ready for immediate use once positioned. No tools, screws, or technician support are required.

• Dust the furniture with a soft microfiber cloth. For deeper cleaning, use a slightly damp cloth and wipe dry immediately. Avoid harsh chemicals, bleaching agents, or alcohol-based cleaners as they can strip the finish.

Maintain stable room humidity:
• Wood naturally expands and contracts with weather changes. Extremely dry or humid environments can cause warping or minor cracks. Use a humidifier/dehumidifier when needed to maintain balance.

Wipe spills immediately:
• Do not let water, juices, oils, or any liquids sit on the surface. Wipe instantly to prevent stains, swelling, or damage to the veneer/wood.

Use felt pads and protective layers:
• Place felt pads under lamps, décor pieces, or showpieces to avoid scratches. When writing or doing craft work, use mats or protective sheets.

Avoid dragging furniture:
• Dragging can weaken joints, scratch floors, and damage legs. Always lift the furniture properly while moving it from one place to another.

Reapply polish or wax occasionally:
• Depending on usage, polish the furniture every 6–12 months using wood-safe wax or polish recommended for the finish. This preserves shine and adds a protective layer.

• All products are packed using industry-grade protective materials to ensure safe delivery.
• Depending on the product type, items may be shipped fully assembled or in a semi–knocked-down format to prevent transit damage.
• Tracking details will be shared with you as soon as the order is dispatched.
• Delivery timelines vary based on your location and the type of product ordered.

Returns
• Returns apply only to ready-to-ship products.
• Accepted only for transit damage or wrong product delivered.
• Must be reported within 24 hours with:
• Full unboxing video
• Clear photos
• Product must be in original packaging.
• Custom-made products are non-returnable.

Refunds
• Approved returns are refunded as store credit (valid for 6 months).
• No cash/card refunds.
• Cash refund only if Vilaav Homes cancels the order.

Cancellations
• Orders can be cancelled within 5 hours by emailing support@vilaavhomes.com.
• A 70% cancellation fee applies.
• Remaining 30% is issued as store credit.
• After 5 hours, no cancellations allowed.
• Custom orders cannot be cancelled once design/production starts.

Replacements
• Only replacement parts are provided for genuine defects.
• Defective part must be shipped back by the customer.
• No full product replacements.

Wood Disclaimer
