Most furniture is delivered pre-assembled or with minimal installation. Large/modular furniture includes basic on-site assembly.

Yes, but only if it’s a ready (non-customized) product damaged in transit, reported within 24 hours of delivery with a complete unboxing video and images.

No. Custom products are built to order and cannot be returned.

Approved refunds are issued as store credit (valid for 6 months). Full cash refunds are allowed only with written approval from Vilaav Homes officials.

Orders may be canceled within 5 hours if production hasn’t started. Once manufacturing begins, cancellations are not accepted.

Every product includes a 6-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects only.
