1.2 Production timelines vary based on whether the item is ready-to-ship or custom-made:

• Ready Products: Dispatched within 7–10 business days.
• Custom/Make-to-Order Products: Production may take 3–8 weeks, depending on the design and material availability. Exact timelines will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.

2.1 Vilaav Homes follows a transparent shipping model.

2.2 Shipping charges are calculated based on:

• Delivery location
• Weight and dimensions of the product
• Mode of transport (road/air/express)

2.3 Note: We do not offer free shipping. Our goal is to ensure that you know exactly what you are paying for, without hidden charges.

3.1 Estimated delivery timelines vary by location:

• Metro Cities: 7–14 business days after dispatch.
• Tier-2 & Tier-3 Cities: 10–21 business days after dispatch.
• Remote Locations: May take longer depending on accessibility.

3.2 Vilaav Homes will share tracking details once your product has been dispatched.

4.1 Our logistics partners will deliver the product to the ground floor or main entrance of your delivery address.

4.2 For upper-floor deliveries (without a service lift), additional manual labor charges may apply, payable directly to the delivery team.

4.3 For modular or large furniture, assembly services will be provided if applicable and mentioned at the time of purchase.

To ensure smooth delivery, please:

5.1 Provide complete and accurate delivery details (address, contact number, landmark).

5.2 Ensure that someone is available to receive the product at the delivery address.

5.3 Confirm accessibility for large products (door width, staircases, service lifts, etc.).

5.4 Inform us in advance of any restrictions (gated communities, timing restrictions, permits required).

6.1 While we work to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:

• Transport strikes, natural calamities, or unforeseen logistical challenges
• Remote location or government restrictions
• Delays in custom manufacturing due to material availability

7. International Shipping

7.1 Currently, Vilaav Homes delivers only within India.

7.2 For international delivery requests, please contact hello@vilaavhomes.com for feasibility and estimates.

8. Failed Delivery Attempts

8.1 If delivery fails due to incorrect address or customer unavailability, our logistics partner will attempt delivery twice.

8.2 After two unsuccessful attempts, the shipment may be returned to our warehouse.

8.3 Re-delivery can be arranged after payment of applicable re-shipment charges.

9. Order Tracking

9.1 Once your product is dispatched, a tracking link will be shared via email or WhatsApp.

9.2 Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours after dispatch.

10. Furniture Assembly & Installation

10.1 Basic assembly or setup will be provided only for products that require it and where it is explicitly included in the order.

10.2 For upper-floor installations or complex modular furniture, manual handling or special service charges may apply.
