Returns
- Returns apply only to ready-to-ship products.
- Accepted only for transit damage or wrong product delivered.
- Must be reported within 24 hours with:

- Clear photos

Refunds
- Approved returns are refunded as store credit (valid for 6 months).
- No cash/card refunds.

Cancellations
